Someone should tell Paris Hilton's tenacious stalker James Rainford that he's not racking up any points each time he shows up at the heiress's house. First, he was arrested back in October at Hilton's Hollywood Hills home for trespassing, as he simply pedaled his bike up to the door and knocked incessantly. Hilton's security detail held Rainford until cops showed up. Then when Hilton and then-boyfriend Cy Waits showed up to testify against yet another stalker in court back in April, Rainford threw water on Waits and tried to choke him. The third time was not the charm for Rainford when he made an appearance on Monday on the beach in front of her Malibu beach abode, according to E! Online. Hilton was probably expecting fireworks of another kind on the 4^th of July, but cops were called when onlookers reported Rainford violating the protective order that prohibits him from coming within 200 yards of the socialite. Malibu police booked him, and he was arraigned in court Tuesday. Hilton may be newly single, but she's obviously not interested in mingling with this creep.
