Pushing a female bartender may just be the worst decision that veteran actor Cuba Gooding Jr. has made since his appearance in the bomb Snow Dogs. According to TMZ, there is a misdemeanor battery warrant out for the arrest of the 44-year-old Jerry Maguire actor. Gooding Jr. was hanging out at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street early Wednesday morning. TMZ is reporting that a handful of patrons started taking pictures of Gooding Jr., who is in New Orleans filming The Butler with Oprah Winfrey. The actions of the amateur paparazzi pissed off Gooding Jr., and the camera-shy actor started cussing out the customers. That's when the real trouble began. A female bartender approached Gooding Jr., asking him to leave the bar. Apparently, he didn't like her request too much, so he allegedly pushed her into a wall. Another employee at the bar called 911. Police tell TMZ that once the bartender told the actor that the fuzz was on its way, Gooding Jr. shoved her AGAIN and then fled the scene. Cops now plan on arresting Gooding Jr. when they find him, which really shouldn't be too hard because he is shooting a movie in town. The bigger question remains whether or not the bartender will ask Gooding Jr. to show her the money for the assault. Lawsuit, anybody?
