It appears Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's stomach isn't the only thing expanding. According to The Huffington Post, the stylish reality star is branching out into children's fashion, expanding her retail empire. One company who believes that Snooki's new line is sure to be a shoe-in is Happy Feet. The shoemaker inked a deal with the Jersey Shore star to create a line of Snooki's trademark sneaker slippers for children and infants. The timing couldn't be more ideal for the MTV star as she prepares for the arrival of her first child with fiancé Jionni LaValle. Happy Feet owner Pat Yates tells Footwear News that Snooki is putting her best foot forward with the endeavor. Says Yates, "She didn't just sign and walk away. She's involved in every facet, from the Web site design to the slippers." In addition to her current work in progress, Snooki also has licensing deals with companies for jewelry, tanning lotion, sunglasses, perfume, beauty products and handbags.
