Losing! Drug addict Brooke Mueller was finally busted over the weekend on drug charges. The 34-year-old mother of two has long been plagued by substance abuse issues and has been in rehab too many times to count. Although she has been photographed pawning her stuff and scoring crack, this time police were involved in her latest relapse. According to the Aspen Times, Mueller was arrested on suspicion of assault and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Police maintain that The World According to Paris reality star had about four grams of cocaine, which is nothing to sniff at. Supposedly the arrest stemmed from an incident at the club Belly Up in Aspen, Colorado where Mueller assaulted a woman. She was later located by police at another club. As it so happens, Aspen is where the infamous blow-up between Mueller and ex-husband Charlie Sheen took place at Christmas almost two years ago. At the time, Sheen was arrested on domestic violence charges. This time, the Anger Management actor was nowhere around when Mueller's latest meltdown occurred. As for Mueller, she was let out of the clink after posting $11,000 bond. A court date for her arrest has been set for December 19. District Attorney Arnold Mordkin told the Times that Mueller isn't going to get off easy. He said, "She's obviously a person who attracts a lot of media attention, and we will handle this case just like we handle all cases. She'll get treated like we treat everybody else." Despite all of her drug issues, Mueller is the one with primary custody of her twin boys with Sheen. Both she and the actor are required to take drug tests. Obviously, this would be considered an epic fail.
