Me thinks the lady doth protest too much. When Lindsay Lohan moved next door to former flame Samantha Ronson, the DJ seemed genuinely peeved over her new neighbor. But it appears Ronson has had no problem getting past LiLo's stalkerish behavior. Despite the fact that the freshly charged felon is supposed to be keeping a low profile free of nightclubs, she showed up at Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel at 1:45 a.m. Apparently, her efforts paid off because the early bird got her worm, kind of. Less than an hour after hitting the club scene, Lohan hopped in Ronson's ride and they went off into the night. While the couple have denied being an item, Ronson kind of let the cat out of the bag when she took to her Twitter account to pull back the curtain a bit. Ronson Tweeted, "watching grey's anatomy -my fav show- @lindsaylohan sleeping next 2 me-should i wake her up to let her know her mom is going on GMA? #why?" But an insider says that Ronson was simply assuming her role of caretaker once again. The source tells X17 online that Lohan appeared wired and left her car at the hotel for a reason, "Lindsay didn't seem straight. She didn't need to be behind the wheel and Sam always takes care of Lindsay no matter what. Even though they aren't officially dating right now, Sam feels a responsibility for Lindsay so she told Lindsay she'd drive her home. Sam definitely feels like Lindsay is clinging and kind of stalking, but Sam loves her regardless and will always be there for her." Some things never change.
