Orange you gonna pay your bill, Lindsay? That's what a Las Vegas-based tanning salon wants to know after they allege Lindsay Lohan stiffed them on a whopping $40,000 bill. Tanning Vegas filed a lawsuit back in February 2011, claiming that the Liz and Dick actress stiffed them after they provided mobile airbrush tanning services from 2007 to 2009. More than a year later, Tanning Vegas claims Lindsay hasn't paid a red cent of the claim, which a Nevada judge ordered her to pay nine months ago. The tanning company now wants to get the matter moved to California, TMZ reports, so that they can attach Lilo's assets to satisfy the judgment. This isn't Lohan's first time in the legal rodeo with Tanning Vegas - the company claimed she stole their formula to create her short-lived Sevin Nyne sunless tanning spray.
