Samantha Ronson is following in the footsteps of her famous ex-girlfriend and facing some serious jail time. The DJ was officially charged with misdemeanor DUI for last week's incident. Ronson was busted driving back from a gig in Vegas. According to police reports, the on-again, off-again galpal of troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan had a blood alcohol level above .08. She is now facing up to six months in jail, along with a $1,000 fine. Of course, she'll likely get off with a slap on the wrist and some probation. Photo agency X17 got a picture of Ronson and the new love Erin Foster picking up her impounded Porsche following the arrest. In other Ronson news, the DJ is taking further steps to put Lohan in her past. She plans on getting the matching heart tattoo she got with the actress back in 2008 covered. While at Lollapalooza in Chicago she considered her options. Says the insider, "Samantha brainstormed ideas for her next tattoo, which will be something on her left hand to cover up the small heart she got in 2008 to match Lindsay's tattoo."One person who appeared to take the news hard was Lohan's father Michael. He told X17, "How could she do that? It's like a slap in Lindsay's face. I wish Sam would just go away." Sadly, nothing is forever. Not even that tattoo.
