It looks like there are some holes in the cloak of confidentiality that The Canyon is supposed to have. The Malibu rehab facility housed Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's wife, from Feb. 9 until recently, when it was revealed that a privacy breach occurred. TMZ was the first to report the breach. A staff member - who's probably now a former staff member - sent Mueller's admission documents to various media outlets, including TMZ, which declined to publish them. Mueller left and is staying at a home in L.A. until she enters a new facility. The facility is launching an investigation and may be facing a lawsuit...obviously. In the meantime, the Department of Child and Family Services of L.A. is taking over watching the Sheens' twin boys for the Pitkin County Department of Social Services - the area that serves Aspen, where the family was vacationing during the infamous Christmas Eve altercation that launched the whole mess. DCFS visited the home Sunday night, which turned out to be much ado about nothing; it was simply the first chance DCFS had to make a visit.
