Lindsay Lohan is fresh out of rehab and trouble is back in bloom.

According to Bree Tierney, the jilted fiancee of Lindsay's new lovery Riley Giles, the fiery pop tart is responsible for the demise of her pending marriage to Lindsay's latest arm candy. Bree's mom tells Us Weekly that the professional snowboarder stopped calling her daughter one day out of nowhere.

At the time, she had no idea that she had been ousted by the Mean Girls actress, at least not until Bree saw the pictures for herself.

"She found out by seeing photos. It destroyed her," Moms admits.

Riley is defending himself to InTouch Weekly maintaining that the two were never engaged and that he called it quits from her a week before he started dating Lindsay.

As if being dumped for Lindsay Lohan isn't bad enough, the 22-year-old blonde got an even bigger blow when she went to get her engagement ring fixed, only to find out the "diamonds" were cheap cubic zirconias, Bree tells the National Enquirer.
