Poor Bret Michaels can't seem to catch a break. It seems like just yesterday he suffered a busted nose and cut lip at the Tony Awards. This time around the Celebrity Apprentice star was sidelined by acute appendicitis. Right before he was set to perform at Sea World in San Antonio, the Rock of Love reality star was rushed to the hospital with stomach pains. Although he initially suspected he was suffering from the flu, it proved to be something far more sinister. Michaels was taken in for an emergency surgery. Michaels' rep tells Us Weekly, "According to doctors, Michaels, who remains in the hospital, is doing well and beginning the recovery process. Michaels, who has been known to perform under extreme conditions that would make most performers cancel, will unfortunately have no choice but to reschedule some of his April tour dates."
