Like father, like son. Young Hopper Jack Penn is getting a headstart as an up-and-coming Hollywood bad boy. The 16-year-old son of Sean Penn and soon-to-be-ex Robin Wright Penn was supposedly arrested last week, according to Radaronline.com. Thanks to the fact that Hopper Jack is a minor, police won't release the dirty deets on his arrest. They won't even confirm if charges have been filed. What is known is that the Oscar winner's son was popped at the Malibu private school he attends. We wonder if Dad is being empathetic considering he's been behind bars on more than one occasion. In 1987, he served 33 days for assaulting a photographer. He was later arrested for felony domestic assault against ex-wife Madonna. Hopper Jack's parents are currently in the midst of a divorce.

This poor kid is probably made fun of because of his name, & that's maybe why he acts out & gets into trouble. These high profile celebrity kids deserve NORMAL names, just like any other kid. The Penns should take a page out of Britney Spears's book. Michelle November 05, 2009 Votes: +0	Hope he gets his act together. Kids tend to do what THEY want at times. He shouldn't be put down and expected the worst from just because his dad made mistakes. My dad was horrible! Alcoholic, drug addict, and molester. In and out of jail on a regular basis. But me and my two brothers have made something of ourselves. None of us smoke or drink let a lone the other terrible things he did. SO I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE YOU DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO! And my brothers and I did just that and so can this young man.
