Oh, Brother: Kings of Leon to Split?

The band Kings of Leon could "Use Somebody" to get their lead singer, Caleb Followill, back on track and ready to perform again. The other members have a notion that their brother and bandmate have more going on than the exhaustion and illness that recently shut down the band's Dallas show. Caleb left the stage abruptly, telling the audience, "I'm gonna go back stage for a second, I'm gonna vomit, I'm gonna drink a beer and I'm gonna come back out and play three more songs." However, it was not to be - Caleb never did reemerge, leaving the family band comprised of three of his brothers and a cousin, to end the show. Afterward, Matthew Followill tweeted, "Not so good morning 4 me today. Ashamed & embarrassed by last night's fiasco. Can't apologize enough, utterly gutted. A million I'm sorrys." Jared Followill chimed in, tweeting, "Dallas, I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am. There are internal sicknesses & problems that have needed to be addressed. No words." He added: "I love our fans so much. I know you guys aren't stupid. There are problems in our band bigger than not drinking enough Gatorade." The band's rep issued a statement, saying, "We are so sorry to say Kings of Leon are canceling their entire U.S. tour due to Caleb Followill suffering from vocal issues and exhaustion. The band is devastated, but in order to give their fans the shows they deserve, they need to take this break. Unfortunately, the U.S. dates cannot be rescheduled due to the band's international tour schedule." There is speculation that the "Sex on Fire" singer needs more than rest. A source close to the band told The Daily Mail, "Caleb's drinking is out of control and they are trying to get him into rehab. 'It's a dark demon he has been fighting for awhile."
