It's been a rough few months for radio and TV host Nick Cannon. He's suffered kidney failure and two blood clots in his lungs, and now there's more bad news for Mariah Carey's husband and the dad of "Dem Babies." Us Weekly reports that the 31-year-old America's Got Talent host is suffering from an autoimmune disease. Cannon tells Us that his medical issues are related to an "autoimmune disease . . . like a lupus type of thing, but no one else in my family has it." Heredity seems to play a part in lupus, but it sounds like his and Carey's 10-month-old twins are healthy. "It's a lot of stuff," Cannon told Us, "but it's all in order now . . . I feel blessed to be alive." The family celebrated another milestone Thursday when Carey held her first performance since the birth of twins Moroccan and Monroe. "Do you love dem babies?" she asked the crowd, dedicating "Always Be My Baby" to "Roc" and "Roe." "'Cause I do!"
