"Three times they [security] stopped me from entering or exiting the NICU (Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit) and it happened once on Friday -- just because they wanted to use the hallway," said Nick Coulon. One "Ingrid Jackson" - aka Beyonce -- checked into the hospital Saturday to deliver her daughter via C-section. The VIPs spent $1.3 million to seal off and redecorate one wing of the hospital and are obviously getting their money's worth with the people paid to keep her safe.
