TMZ reports that she struck out against a paparazzo - not one of theirs, incidentally - who got too close to the frail-looking Mrs. Kutcher. After getting a manicure, E! Online says Moore went all GI Jane on a group of photogs who were crowding her on her way out of a nail salon. Judging from the pictures, it looks like Moore raised her hands in a manner that looked like she was simultaneously trying to protect herself - and her manicure. X17Online.com reports that its man on the street was assaulted and plans to file battery charges. "Demi was crazy; she was totally losing it. I was just standing on the sidewalk, trying to get a few shots of her and she was going completely mad. She tried to jump on me and swipe my camera," the paparazzo said. But sources on the scene report that he got in Moore's face and physically blocked her path to her car. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the photog plans to press charges - despite lacking any physical evidence that he was attacked.
