It's tough being Miley Cyrus these days. Earlier this week, tweens on the AOL Web site JSYK.com (Just So You Know) voted her the worst celebrity influence of 2009. Runners up included Kanye West and Britney Spears. Think it could've been the pole dance at the Kids' Choice Awards? Or when she's "moving her hips like yeah" in her "Party in the USA" video? At least she doesn't have that pesky Twitter account to get her into trouble anymore – or not. A "fan" is threatening to eat her own cat, Fuzzy, if Miley doesn't reopen the account by Nov. 16. She writes, "This is NOT a prank or a hoax. I am not joking, even if some will choose to interpret it that way. Cooking a cat is not illegal in my country, in fact it's part of our culture. I'm not asking for money or any other benefit. Fuzzy is my cat and I will not entertain any offers of selling or giving him away. If Miley doesn't tweet again, this WILL happen, and I'm as serious as a heart attack." It may not be illegal to eat a cat, but it's also legal to be completely nuts, apparently. Good news on the stalking front for the Hannah Montana star, though. Sean Christian Mathis, a 22-year-old Army airfield soldier, has been charged with felony terrorist threats and misdemeanor disorderly conduct against Cyrus. Mathis charged at her stunt double on the set of her movie The Last Song in June, thinking it was Miley and shouting, "Hey it's Miley Cyrus, I'm going to f---ing kill you!" He was apprehended by local police and locked up. Wonder if he can get in touch with Crazy Cat Lady…they seem to have a lot in common. Are you a stalker? Take the quiz and find out. Write comment
