The December 21 police report states that, "My ex-fiancée, Erin Muller, threatened me with a knife during an argument several months ago and I wish to pursue charges. I did not report this at the time because I wanted her to get help for her addictions." Lohan has since decided there's no time like the present, especially after Muller had him arrested for violating a restraining order. Muller's lawyer, meanwhile, is cutting right to the chase, telling TMZ that Muller, "did not threaten Michael Lohan with a knife." In fact, the attorney says that Lohan is acting out because he "is starting to realize that Erin really doesn't want anything to do with him. He needs to take a hint and go away."
