It's been a good week for serial loser Michael Lohan. In addition to seeing ex-fiancée Erin Muller mortified in an embarrassing DUI-related arrest, he's also getting some vindication from the legal proceedings with his latest ex Kate Major. The former tabloid reporter dropped the second-degree harassment charges against the deadbeat dad. She also asked for the restraining order to be dismissed against Lindsay's fame-whoring father. While the judge went along with Major's requests, she warned Lohan that if he's arrested within the next six months, the charges involving Major will be re-filed. And Lohan getting arrested again is almost a given. The 27-year-old had first gone to police about her 50-year-old lover last month, accusing him of her pushing her to the ground and kicking her in the face. Lohan admitted to the argument but maintains he never laid a hand on her. According to TMZ, the odd couple is supposedly back on speaking terms since Major's about-face.
