Matthew Fox wasn't lost - just drunk. The Lost star got popped in his native Oregon on a late-night munchies run early Friday morning, TMZ reports. The police pulled the former Party of Five star and arrested him at 3:23 a.m., and while details are unclear, TMZ reports that sources say the arrest was alcohol-related. This isn't the first brush with the law Fox has had in recent months after having a few too many. Last fall, the driver of a party bus that Fox tried to board sued the actor for assault. On August 28, 2011, Heather Bormann, who was hired to drive a private party bus in Cleveland, declined the actor entry and claims she was assaulted for her trouble; Fox allegedly punched her repeatedly. Fox countersued in November, claiming Bormann lied and cost him acting jobs by creating negative press about him. This latest DUI proves Fox isn't doing himself any favors...
