They're back at it again. On-again, off-again lovebirds Kate Major and Michael Lohan are bogging down the legal system with their domestic drama once again. Last week, the former tabloid reporter filed documents in Sarasota County, Fla., alleging that the d-bag dad threatened to have her father "whacked." In a stunning statement, Lohan also threatened to "ruin her career," which comes as a Major shocker since she really doesn't have one. After reviewing the documents, TMZ is reporting that Lindsay's dad has been calling and texting her nonstop. While the po po was at Major's house, they called the anger-challenged reality star and told him to stop contacting the 27-year-old. Obviously, he didn't get the message the first two times she filed an order of protection against Lohan. Perhaps a third order will do the trick. So far it hasn't been approved, although a hearing is set for September 13. Oddly enough, the fame-whoring freak has so far remained mum on the latest allegations. Of course, it's only a matter of time before the celebrity boxer comes out swinging against Major in the media. Good times...
