Okay, so maybe she didn't write the manual on motherhood, but Lynne did pen her personal memoir on what it was like to groom two child stars -- Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears. So if you want your daughters to grow up to be a teenage pregnancy statistic or a head-shaving, drug-abusing, washed-up popstar who loses both her children to a rap-star wannabe, read Lynne's book. Ironically, the book was supposed to hit shelves months ago. However, it was put on hold when 16-year-old Jamie Lynn got knocked up and decided she was keeping her baby. Thomas Nelson, which publishes Bibles and other inspirational guides, pulled the plug on her print project. But with Britney straightening up her act and Jamie Lynn about to pop out the bastard baby, the publisher has apparently reconsidered and will release Lynne's book come fall. According to a Thomas Nelson spokesperson, the blueprint for bad child behavior, appropriately titled Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World, will not be a parenting book. Thank God for small miracles.
