Just when we thought he'd slunk off into a dark alley for good, no such luck. Sam Lutfi, professional celebrity hanger-on, has found a new target in none other than Lindsay Lohan. Lutfi rose to infamy based on his association of Britney Spears during her downward spiral. When Spears lost custody of her kids, shaved her head and was committed - twice - Lutfi was at the helm as her manager. After her dad got the conservatorship, Lutfi was sent packing with a restraining order, and wisely so. Now RadarOnline.com reports he's set his sights on Lindsay Lohan, repeatedly texting her and her siblings. He's even gone so far to claim he's overseeing her comeback. "Sam is desperate to be in Lindsay's life and is telling anyone that will listen that he is helping with the actresses' comeback. This is absolutely false. Lindsay has a team in place consisting of an agent, manager and publicist. She doesn't want nor need Lutfi in any capacity. Sam has been texting and emailing Lindsay's siblings as well. Lindsay and her sister and brothers aren't responding to any communication from Sam," a source tells Radar. As she enjoys the spoils of her record-setting Playboy issue's sales and is in final negotiations to star in a Lifetime movie about Elizabeth Taylor's life, Lilo has been wise not to correspond with Lutfi - Lindsay's rep Steve Honig tells Radar, "Lindsay has never spoken to Sam Lutfi, period."
