If Lindsay Lohan is feeling embarrassed over her most recent legal debacles, she's not showing it. Instead of going into hiding following her one-day incarceration last week, the troubled starlet was actually busy selling photos of her modeling her brand-new SCRAM bracelet. Obviously proud of her third stint wearing the alcohol-detecting device, Lohan was pimping out the pics for a pretty heavy price. According to UsMagazine.com, the Inferno starlet wanted a whopping $10k for the staged photo op, but it was she who was told to scram. An insider tells the tabloid, "Lindsay Lohan was calling around the pap agencies all weekend trying to get $10,000 up front to pose up in the SCRAM bracelet. All of the major players passed, and she ended up doing the setup with a small agency. She was pimping it out all weekend, looking for 10 grand, but who wants to deal with that headache?" In other Lohan news, Radaronline.com is reporting that Hollywood's most despicable dad Michael Lohan is speaking out about an alleged plot within Lindsay's circle to get the troubled actress under a conservatorship. Only it's momager/enabler Dina who's trying to pull a Jamie Spears. Lindsay would be better off having Jason Wahler as her conservator. Needless to say, the spotlight hog is none too pleased that his ex-wife has one-upped him this time around. Michael Lohan tells Radar, "I've learned of a plot to put Lindsay under a conservatorship. It's disturbing... the co-conservators would be Dina and Lindsay's business manager, Lou Taylor. Lou and Dina are trying to throw Lindsay in a rehab right now and get her out of the picture so they can get a conservatorship without her knowing. They would control literally everything Lindsay does, what projects she has coming up, her finances and the people she sees -- and that includes keeping me out of her life. I hope Lindsay hears this and realizes what they're trying to do." Michael maintains that he would never try to get his grimy hands on her finances, only on her. Says the deceitful dad, "I never wanted to get control of her finances. I wanted a conservatorship for her so that I could weed out the bad people in her life." Little does Michael realize, the baddest person of all has already been weeded out... or has he already forgotten?
