Lindsay Lohan has officially been released from jail, but she's hardly scot free. The Freaky Friday actress is headed directly to rehab to be treated for her substance abuse problems and mental issues - she's supposedly bipolar. The latest from Lohan insiders is that Hollywood's wildest child is battling addiction to methamphetamines and opiates. But Lohan's on-again/off-again/on-again lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley maintains that's a bunch of a B.S. Holley told TMZ, "I have never seen any psych report concerning Ms. Lohan which references a 'bi-polar' diagnosis or an addiction to 'methamphetamine.' I think this is a total fabrication." Part of the rumors may stem from the fact that Lohan has a prescription for the ADHD drug Adderall, which is classified as an amphetamine. After serving just 14 days of a 90-day jail sentence, Lohan was cut loose from the clink early Monday morning and escorted to UCLA Medical Center where she'll do 90 days in rehab. It's highly unlikely that sentence will be shortened. Lohan was initially supposed to receive treatment at Morningside Recovery. However, those plans changed when the judge grew suspicious that outsiders might sneak drugs to the troubled star. Forget outsiders -- how about the doctors who continue to prescribe Lohan the drugs she's currently hooked on? Once Lohan finishes her latest stint in rehab, she'll be on probation until 2011. Until then she will undergo random drug and alcohol testing.
