Talk about irony! Earlier this week, Lindsay Lohan went on a rampage regarding the lax legal treatment of troubled actress Amanda Bynes. Lohan Tweeted, "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had no punishment(s) so far." She was referring to the fact that despite a DUI and two hit-and-run charges, 26-year-old Bynes was still as free as a (jail)bird.  Just three days later, it's the Mean Girls star who was thrown behind bars...AGAIN. Even more of a coincidence is that the 26-year-old recovering addict was charged with fleeing the scene of an accident after hitting a pedestrian in New York City. According to TMZ, Lohan was trying to park her Porsche Cayenne around 2 a.m. when she bumped into an unidentified 30-year-old passerby. While one of her passengers checked the vehicle for any injuries, Lohan went into the hotel. Meanwhile, someone contacted the po po, who showed up and arrested the former child star. Sources tell TMZ Lohan was booked for leaving the scene of an accident and given a desk appearance ticket. Although the charge is a misdemeanor, it could spell big trouble for Lohan because she is still on probation from the stolen necklace debacle. The stipulations of her probation include obeying all laws, even those on the road. The only light at the end of the tunnel is that no alcohol was involved in the incident. Meanwhile, Bynes' luck may also be running out. She will go before a judge to answer for her bad behavior behind the wheel at the end of this week. Bynes' license has already been suspended, and her car has been impounded.
