If it's not one thing, it's another keeping Lindsay Lohan from facing the music in court. She is scheduled for a probation hearing stemming from her 2007 DUI on Thursday but is thousands of miles away from Beverly Hills, partying it up in Cannes. She's at the film festival to promote her first paid gig in a long time, the Linda Lovelace biopic, where she'll play the fallen porn star. And while it should be an easy trip back to make the hearing, Mother Nature has other plans. TMZ reports that the volcanic ash coming from Iceland is limiting flights in and out of Europe, and the few flights allowed to leave are jam-packed. Lilo's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, left the judge's chambers Tuesday, and she told TMZ that Lindsay would show. She was hazy on the details - and consequences -- of Lindsay's unfulfilled and required alcohol education classes, which have not been completed. It looks like Lindsay has fallen back on old habits while she's been in Cannes - she was snapped stumbling out of a restaurant and falling once again last weekend. And there are reports she's back to her old tricks in the sack - a photographer who calls herself Indrani met Lilo on a photo shoot last fall and allegedly has been romantic with the Freaky Friday star. "We have been spending a lot of time together. I have never had a relationship with a woman before, but Lindsay is just somebody who I find fascinating, gorgeous and extremely smart, as well as super-hot," the 36-year-old Indrani told the New York Post. Lindsay tells Us Weekly that there is no truth at all to her claims.
