Back to rehab? Headed for divorce court? It sounds like it's been a bad couple of days for Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller. According to multiple media sources, the hard-partying mother of two is taking another stab at cleaning up her act and battling her addiction to crack cocaine. In addition, she's also supposedly signed off on a divorce deal that will nab her millions of the Two and A Half Men actor's fortune. Of course, her rep Elliot Mintz swears that she's not in rehab -- she's simply receiving help for "stress management." He maintains, "What we are really talking about is not rehab ... Brooke is receiving professional help in the area of stress management." It goes without saying that getting off the rock can be extremely stressful so perhaps there is some element of truth to Mintz's statements. While Mueller's rep is in denial mode, so is Sheen's, who's blowing off a report by Radaronline.com that says the couple is finalizing a divorce deal. Sheen's rep says, "The Radar report is both inaccurate and misleading. They did not sign divorce papers. The only thing they signed was an agreement regarding terms if they ever decide to divorce. No more; no less." Hey, walks like a divorce, talks like a divorce -- it must be a divorce. We think they doth protest too much. As for Mueller's stint for "stress management," it appears to be much needed. Having received help for crack addiction many times and apparently failed, it appears that Mueller is looking to turn things around, a source tells Radaronline.com, "Brooke was in bad shape, but after renting a beautiful home on the beach and being with the babies, she is OK now. She will be O.K. when this whole thing has blown over."
