Is the honeymoon over before it even began? Only for In Touch, apparently. TMZ is reporting that Kim Kardashian is prepared to sue the pants off the gossip magazine if they run a story that accuses her of cheating on fiance Kris Humphries. According to the article, the well-endowed reality star has supposedly been shacking up with NFL baller Bret Lockett behind Humphries' back. There's only one problem -- the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star maintains she's never met or spoken to the football player. Ironically, the story is coming right from the horse's mouth -- and by horse, we mean Lockett. Kardashian's legal eagles told the magazine if they run the story they're going to sue, saying the allegations "are, at a minimum, damaging, defamatory, and an invasion of her privacy." However, In Touch is sticking to its story, which includes Lockett waxing poetic with such gems as "I knew this was a game to her, and this is what she does. She pursued me." The cover also includes allegations that the illicit affair has been going on for five months, and that there are "kinky texts and wild phone sex." In addition, Lockett says, "I hope she's happy." A rep for Kardashian tells TMZ that her client plans on suing the magazine and the player if the story hits the stands.
