It looks like the grandiose plot that media outlets suspect of the Jackson clan has backfired. TMZ reports that T.J. Jackson, the 32-year-old son of Tito Jackson, was given guardianship of 15-year-old Prince, 14-year-old Paris and 10-year-old Blanket after Katherine Jackson holed up in an Arizona spa - presumably at the hands of her own children. TMZ speculates that Janet, Jermaine and Rebbie Jackson want to turn their mother against the executors of Michael Jackson's estate, thereby giving her more money in her lifetime - money she could then dole out to the kids. However, that $60-70,000 she received from the estate for the care of the kids will now be funneled TJ's way. Katherine is challenging the change of guardianship and made a bizarre appearance on Nightline Wednesday night to defend herself and her family - all the while with Janet, Rebbie and Jermaine standing by. Katherine read prepared comments from a notebook, saying ,"Their ruling in court today was about the guardianship, and I think it was based on a bunch of lies. But I have a good idea who's doing that ... who's behind it." She said she spoke to TJ and "told him it wasn't necessary for him to go down and sign up for guardianship, but I don't know who instructed him to do that ... 'cause he wanted me to come home before that happened." Meanwhile, MJ's offspring couldn't be happier to be free of the mess. Paris tweeted, "Grandma's here! #thankyougod," in the early hours of Thursday morning. Prince followed up with a tweet that included a screen shot of a text exchange between him and his aunts and uncles. Dated July 23, it read: "This is enough so I am texting you for the simple fact that WE DEMAND TO SPEAK TO MY GRANDMA NOW!!!" Janet tweets back to the group, "Don't let them pls." Sounds like someone has lost Control.
