Original octomom Kate Gosselin is once again plagued by plastic surgery rumors after flashing a fresher face in recent weeks. The latest rumors maintain the former reality star went under the knife for a facelift, marking yet another procedure. Back in 2007, Gosselin got a tummy tuck. That was followed by breast implants in 2009. But the queen of vanity swears she's had no nips and no tucks this time around. In fact, Gosselin used her new job as a blogger for the CouponCabin.com to face the talk head on. She writes, "I will confirm that I have not had one. I am only 36! But, I will take all of the talk about how rested and young I look as a compliment! So thanks!" One expert tells Us Weekly that Gosselin's defined jaw line and change in eye shape could be indicative of a facelift. While she may not have gotten sliced and diced, Gosselin does tan three times a week and underwent Botox injections over the summer.
