Jon Gosselin's 15 minutes of fame are up -- and he's obviously feeling the heat. And packing it! Over the weekend, Gosselin was holding down the fort while ex-wife Kate was out running errands. For once, it appears that the father of eight is taking his dad duties seriously... maybe a little too seriously. According to Radaronline.com, the former Ed Hardy model was acting ever the protective pop, going so far as to threaten a photog with a gun. Gosselin told one paparazzi, "If a photographer comes onto my property, I have the right to shoot him!" Well, a trip to jail would definitely get him out of paying that $20,000-plus monthly child support bill. Based on Gosselin's behavior, it would seem like Gosselin might be over putting in public appearances. While at the Pennsylvania home, now occupied solely by Kate Plus 8, Gosselin was quite the recluse, even having fast food delivered through a forest. He then snuck the kids into the shrubs to keep the Gosselin kids out of the photogs' way. Such secretive behavior is out of the norm for the publicity-loving putz. We'd bet money he's actually getting paid to keep a low profile. It appears the warring couple have come a long way since last week when Gosselin threatened to go for full custody of the kids and take his dancing queen to the cleaners. After weeks of threats, Gosselin appeared to wave the white flag when he fired attorney Anthony List and Tweeted, "Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably." It just goes to show you can catch more flies with honey.
