Jon Gosselin has to be his own worst enemy. Just when you think he's crawled into a hole and died, he once again rears his ugly head. This time, it's apparent the out-of-work, homeless hothead is out for blood. With no financial means in sight, he's gunning for a payout from ex-wife Kate Gosselin. Since hitting the unemployment line would be far too difficult, the octodad is resorting to the next best thing -- he's taking Kate back to court and going for full custody of the Gosselin eight, along with a reversal in child support. While Kate just brought in a whopping $200,000 for her stint on Dancing with the Stars, Gosselin hasn't held a job since he parted ways with TLC, which happened to be his decision. He could still be bringing home a fat paycheck for doing absolutely nothing -- that's all they wanted from him. A source tells Radaronline.com, "The truth is Jon is going broke. He hasn't had a steady job since Jon & Kate Plus 8 went off the air." Now that he's no longer shacking up with 25-year-old girlfriend Morgan Christie, Jon has plenty of time on his hands to make Kate's life miserable. However, it looks like his efforts may come back to bite him in the butt. Jon maintains that Kate is an "absentee mom" who hands off the kids to a team of nannies. But sources say that while Kate may be away from the kids for work purposes, Jon has no excuse for his absence since the divorce. A source tells Radaronline.com, "He didn't see the kids for weeks and the only reason was that he wanted to hang out with his girlfriend. He's claiming that Kate is an absentee mother when the truth is she's a working mother. What he's saying is an insult to every mother who has to work to take care of her family." When the truth comes out, Jon will look like the hypocritical d-bag he's always proven to be. Says the source, "When they compare who has spent more time with the children Jon is going to be embarrassed. He's doing this because he blew through all his money and has no place to live." Ironically, List all but says the lawsuit is a form of retaliation against Kate for kicking him out of the guest house and replacing him with three nannies. Cause really, where else is Gosselin gonna live for free? List argues that "you can't be a coast-to-coast primary parent." Of course, everybody knows that by the time the case even goes before a judge, Kate will no longer be dancing with any stars.
