The masseur accusing Savages actor John Travolta of playing the hand jive with him is losing more credibility by the minute. Travolta's legal eagles have produced evidence that the Hollywood A-lister was actually in New York on the same day he was supposedly sexually assaulting the masseur. Travolta is shown in a photograph taken on January 16, hanging out in New York City. That's a long, long way from the Beverly Hills Hotel where Travolta was allegedly fondling the masseur. Although most pictures are worth a thousand words, the snapshot of Travolta is worth at least one word -- and that's "innocent." In addition to the photo proof, TMZ has also obtained a receipt from a meal that the Pulp Fiction star had on the same day at Mr. Chow in New York. TMZ also confirmed that Travolta did in fact dine at Mr. Chow on the date in question and left a whopping $100 tip on the $382 bill. Such concrete evidence likely won't bode well for the masseur who is accusing the 58-year-old actor of grabbing his junk during a massage on January 16. Travolta can do a lot of things, but being in two places at one time isn't among them. As for the second masseur who followed suit and filed his own sexual assault claim against Travolta yesterday, it's likely those accusations will also be shot down. Travolta's lawyer Marty Singer calls the lawsuits "absurd and ridiculous."
