Just because Janine Lindemulder is an ex-porn star doesn't mean she has HIV, but in light of a recent positive test in the porn industry, her ex-husband Jesse James isn't convinced she's clean. Radaronline.com reports that Jesse James - yes, the philandering, icky ex of Sandra Bullock - has demanded that Lindemulder take an HIV test as a condition of her custody arrangement. Despite not having worked in the industry in years, James, who's been seemingly more sexually active than she lately, requested the test. "Jesse has got a nerve - he has been more sexually active than me in recent times and if anyone should be tested then it's him, not me. I had regular drug and HIV tests, both when I was in prison and after I was released, and I always passed them. I will probably have another test anyways before our next court date just to show that I'm being responsible," Lindemulder said. She'll get that chance on Oct. 24, when the Orange County court will reevaluate their current custody arrangement. Lindemulder has had more access to her daughter since James's marriage to Sandra Bullock imploded, and it's rumored that the Oscar winner will blindside her ex by testifying on Lindemulder's behalf in the latest hearing.
