It's official -- Tom Cruise is no longer the top gun in Katie Holmes' life. The couple are officially divorced. It seems like just yesterday that the former Dawson's Creek darling up and left the 50-year-old A-list actor. In reality, it's been less than two months since 33-year-old Holmes filed for divorce. Ironically, it took just one week to iron out all the details of the split. Despite the ease with which the settlement was hashed out, we're betting Cruise was hardly doing backflips, or couch jumps, over the realization that he's now a three-time loser in marriage. He was previously married to Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman. While most of the details are being kept under wraps, this much is known -- Holmes won primary legal and physical custody of the couple's only daughter Suri. Although Cruise was initially shellshocked by Holmes, he has supposedly moved on since the demise of their five-year marriage. One insider tells E! News that Cruise is focused on their six-year-old daughter, "Tom is very happy and relieved that he is moving forward. His priority is being a good father, and this settlement will make sure that continues." Holmes and Cruise aren't the only ones who are officially over. White House crashers and former reality stars Michaele and Tareq Salahi are officially divorced. But don't expect one half of the former famewhoring duo to go quietly into the night. Tareq tells TMZ, "I do wish Michaele the best and now I can focus on my race for governor of Virginia."
