It was fun while it lasted. Plastic surgeon Frank Ryan may have had a heck of a time constructing Hills Barbie, but it appears he has no plans to do any more of his handiwork on the rebuilt blonde. The surgeon performed 10 procedures on the wannabe singer, including breast implants, a brow lift, fat injections and much more. However, the butt stops here for the 23-year-old reality star. Ryan tells UsMagazine.com he's gone as far as he can go on Montag, who maintains that she still has more work to do. Whatever the case, Ryan's not doing it. Says the surgeon, "There's really nothing to do! I told Heidi that, 'What are you going to do? You're done!'" The nip/tuck specialist did admit that since Montag displayed Ryan's body of work, business is booming. In fact, he's become somewhat of a household name among the reality star circuit, "In the reality [TV] world, there's a lot of competition and there's a lot of possessiveness for one's doctor. It's pretty interesting." If Ryan won't perform another surgery for Montag, it sounds like she's going to be surgeon shopping once again. She recently told Us Weekly that her DDD breasts aren't as big as she originally wanted.
