Singer Aubrey O'Day's lack of common sense when it comes to hygiene has created a firestorm of controversy. The former Danity Kane ditz was joined by her two dogs at the popular Los Angeles eatery Toast. It was all well and good until she allowed the pampered pooches to sit ON the table and wag their little tushes for a few minutes. She eventually put the dogs in their places -- on the ground. But not before the dog derriere debacle was all caught on camera. Somehow the L.A. Public Health Department got wind of the whole episode, and they have since paid a visit to the restaurant. A rep from the health department tells TMZ that a health inspector gave employees a refresher course on pet guidelines including the tenet that states "pets shall not be allowed on chairs, seats, benches and tables." The rep added, "The Health Dept would like people to enjoy eating with their pets ... but we also want people to be respectful to other people." A representative for the restaurant maintains they will be "extremely vigilant" about the laws going forward. It's definitely much a-dog-do about something.
