Oh, what a tangled web salon owner Maria Gabriella Perez weaved. The celebrity clients of Chez Gabriela have found themselves in a hairy situation. According to Radaronline.com, Perez was giving her customers the ultimate blow job... as in blowing tons of cash on their credit cards. And we're talking about some pretty famous faces here. Among the victims of the beauty salon's ugly actions are Jennifer Aniston, Anne Hathaway, Liv Tyler, Melanie Griffith, Cher and famous jewelry designer Loree Rodkin. Officials maintain that they've gotten to the root of the problem where credit card numbers were electronically "skimmed" and manually entered. Law enforcement officials believe Perez trimmed plenty of people of their hard-earned cash. Rodkin was bilked out of tens of thousands of dollars, she says. She told investigators, "She had spoken with several other high-profile victims who stated that, after legitimately paying for services at the studio, charges from the studio would appear on their credit cards without authorization." While Rodkin was taken for $68,000, actress Tyler accumulated $214,000 in fraudulent charges from the salon last year. Police arrested 51-year-old Perez last week. The next haircuts she'll be giving will be behind bars. One thing is for sure -- she'll never work in this town again. Perez faces up to 25 years in jail. Now THAT'S a bad hair day.
