Given her humble beginnings, Leighton Meester probably saw this one coming. The Country Strong star is suing her mother, Constance Meester, claiming she used the $7,500 a month that her daughter sends for Botox, plastic surgery and hair extensions instead of the medical care Leighton says she provides for her brother Lex. Leighton was born in 1986 in a Texas prison while her mom served time for drug trafficking. TMZ says Constance "refuses to work" and instead uses her daughter's cash to fund cosmetic procedures instead of providing for Lex. The suit claims Constance threatened to sue her hardworking daughter if she didn't cough up the $10,000 per month for life that she agreed to according to an "oral contract" that Constance claims exists. Constance even had the gall to threaten a $3 million lawsuit if Leighton didn't pay up. Leighton wants a judge to rule that there's no contract between her and her freeloading mom. We're thinking it won't be a tough sell.
