Giuliana and Bill Rancic's dreams are finally coming true. The reality television couple will soon be parents, thanks to a gestational surrogate. Giuliana's painful struggle to become a mom has played out in the public over the past few years. The TV host confirmed to E! News that she will soon hear the pitter-patter of little feet. She tells E!, "We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered." Bill adds, "We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this with everyone who has been following our journey." The 37-year-old television personality had tried in vain to have a successful pregnancy. Her IVF treatments failed, and she suffered a miscarriage at one point. She was set to start IVF once again until doctors diagnosed her with breast cancer. Giuliana opted for a double mastectomy and remains cancer-free. According to the couple, who sat down with Today's Ann Curry, they are close with the surrogate who is carrying their biological child. After all the heartache she has experienced as of late, Giuliana says she couldn't ask for better news. She says, "It was pretty much one of the best moments of my life, if not the best moment of my life." She and Bill attend every doctor's appointment with their surrogate and baby-to-be. Her devoted husband admits this was their last hope for becoming parents. He says, "It was pretty emotional. This was our last effort." The baby is due at the end of the summer.
