It looks like hottie Gabriel Aubry isn't a model parent after all. Halle Berry is dragging her beautiful baby daddy back to court for some downright ugly behavior. Aubry allegedly got physical and spewed racist remarks at their nanny Alliance Kamdem. TMZ is reporting that the actress wants an emergency hearing that bans Aubry from being around 3-year-old Nahla until a criminal investigation is completed. The LAPD is currently conducting a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation against Aubry. The trouble began last week when the nanny showed up at Aubry's house to find out why Nahla wasn't at school. The hot-headed hunk supposedly lost his cool, screaming, "You're the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to f**king know anything." He then allegedly pushed the nanny out the door -- while she was holding Nahla. For the record, Aubry is a whopping 6'4", while the nanny is a much smaller 5'2". Kamdem told police that the model, who's rumored to have a terrible temper, constantly curses and yells at her in the presence of the child. Kamdem also says that he makes her sit in the corner of his condo until she is summoned by him. In addition, she says he yells at little Nahla until she cries, and he recently refused to treat a rash she had. The nanny has been a sore spot for Aubry, who has told a judge he doesn't want her present when he has custody of the child; the judge refused to give in. TMZ is reporting that Kamdem quit the job after being shoved by Aubry. So far, Aubry's reps don't seem too concerned about the legal woes. His rep tells TMZ, "Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate."
