Halle Berry has finally scored a victory in the ugly custody battle between her and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. After reviewing the allegations that the hunky 36-year-old male model got physical with the former nanny and daughter Nahla, Aubry will now be under the supervision of a monitor during visits with his daughter per the Department of Children and Family Services. DCFS sent Aubry to have his day in Dependency Court. According to TMZ, DCFS not only weighed the nanny's allegations that Aubry pushed her while she was holding the three-year-old child, but also other troubling incidents. Supposedly, the Canadian hunk has a track record of acting out in anger. He has snatched the toddler from the nanny at other times and screamed at Nahla on many occasions, sources say. Following its review, DCFS recommended that there be someone to supervise Aubry's visits, and the judge concurred. Now Aubry has a real reason to lose his temper.
