Acrimonious exes Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry are headed back to court yet again. The ugly custody battle between the two pretty people continues to play out in the media. A hearing was set for Friday morning but was postponed because there were issues with the paperwork. TMZ is reporting that the hot-headed hottie was extremely pissed about the delay. Aubry is desperate for his day in court. This time around, the male model is asking for a whopping $500,000 for legal fees and $20,000 in child support, according to TMZ. The requested monthly payout would be a hefty increase for Aubry. Sources tell TMZ that Aubry feels he deserves the money to provide just the right environment for little Nahla -- because every 4-year-old needs $20,000 a month for expenses. Meanwhile, Berry is attempting to relocate her family to Paris to be with fiancee Olivier Martinez. She maintains that leaving the country is in the best interest of Nahla because she has a history with aggressive paparazzi and stalkers. Should a judge grant her permission to move to Paris, Aubry's windfall of child support would obviously go down substantially.
