Flavor Flav told a plane full of Southwest passengers exactly what time it is. The 53-year-old Public Enemy rapper showed he still knows how to work the mic when he took control of the plane's intercom. In an audio recording obtained by TMZ, the reality star engages in some shameless albeit entertaining self-promotion. The wacky hip hop legend told passengers, "We've been having some hot weather in Vegas. Everybody going out there tonight have a lot of fun. Let's give a hand to our flight attendants for taking good care of us. Also we can't forget our pilots flying us. Give the pilots a hand too." Flav then goes on to plug his Las Vegas restaurant Flavor Flav's House of Flavor. To entice the crowd, he lists off the menu including fried chicken, collard greens, potato salad, waffles and more. Flavor Flav then continued to ramble on for the remainder of the clip, having everybody give themselves a round of applause if they love themselves. In conclusion, he gets the plane chanting "Flavaa Flaaaav."
