Flavor Flav's Chicken may have had a wing and a prayer before, but not anymore. The rapper-turned-reality-star has officially yanked his name off the Clinton, Iowa, restaurant. It's not that he's playing chicken -- he just believes his business partner is public enemy number one. Flav is accusing his partner of "mismanaging" the place and giving him a "bad reputation." Now TMZ is reporting that time is running out on Flav's chicken joint. His legal counsel has pulled the license. Flav tells TMZ, "I had a licensing agreement with Nick Cimino, and that's all we had. It was his business to run from there and the business was not run right." Among the problems with the eatery were employees having their checks bounce, which Flav's partner blamed on a "credit card glitch." Since one is paper and one is plastic we're not buying what Cimino's selling, especially if you're talking about the food. Flav also adds that Cimino was selling food long past its expiration date. He explains, "Let me be straight up with you, I went up inside there on April 2 and I found potato salad that expired on February 28. And it's then when I realized I can't do business with this man, and I really hope no one ate those potatoes." You say potato salad, we say food poisoning. Apparently, Flav has no problem jumping from the frying pan to the fryer. When one door closes another will open... in Las Vegas to be exact. The music man is going to open Flavor Flav's House of Flavor in Sin City next month.
