I truly hope Katie didn't 'fire' Isabella as a 'cold & calculating Stepmother'. Personally, I just don't see Katie in the evil wicked stepmother role at all. What I DO believe is what MDM is reporting above as the reasoning behind the firing is that Katie was trying to put all her ducks in a row before leaving TC. Nicole Kidman nor Katie were ever able to accept Scientology; and in my opinion that probably played a major role in these last 2 out of the 3 marriages he's had. I don't blame Katie for wanting out of the marriage; and I think there's a big red flag that should be waving around TC because women don't plan an escape out of a marriage in major secrecy nor 'blindside' their husbands with divorce papers unless they're extremely frightened as to what may happen to them and/or their children if they went about it more publically. I'm 150% siding with Katie and believe she's genuinely afraid for Suri first & herself second. Stay strong, girl. Votes: +6

I am of the same opionion of Mama C above. I have always thought there was something weird about this marriage of TC and KH but more so of TC, he is so weird and creepy and he is such a douche bag. I do hope the adorable Suri can have a normal upbringing with Katie being in charge, grow up to be a normal person. Votes: +5

@ohsure: Have you ever filed for divorce or had divorce papers served on you? And have you ever been in a marriage/relationship that is so toxic that you have to listen to your spouse (in my case, now ex-husband) say he's going to choke, stab, AND shoot you and the 2 small children under the age of 5 (that he & you made together); and then he's going to chop everyone up and bury everyone's body pieces all over in a remote mountainous, wooded region so you'd never be found? And he says this because his wife (me) discovered he was cheating on me with an 18 year old girl; confronted him with rock-solid proof of his adultery which enrages him so much because he's being told by his wife that he's no longer going to have his cake and eat it, too; and while you're the wronged, hurt & heartbroken spouse you're willing to go to counseling to try & save your marriage of almost 10 years and his answer is what I've described above? Then you have to go get personal protective papers from a judge so your husband can't come near you & your children or he'll go to jail..And you leave that home you shared with this now-psychopathic raging man that you don't even recognize with a suitcase of clothes and your photo albums; leaving behind everything in your home that you've loved and worked hard to get, and don't even care about that because you just want to put as many miles between the two of you the quickest way possible?
If you have walked in my or Kaitie's shoes then please, step up and share your story with us. You were correct in saying what Katie did was calculated..You have to be calculated to escape from monstrous bastards like Katie & I both did. So, until you can truthfully say you've walked in our shoes, know the terror we went thru but left FOR our kid's and our own safety..Then I suggest you shut your mouth and keep it shut, because you have no right to say whatyou did in your comment.
