Reality star Ethan Zohn, winner of Survivor: Africa, got a dose of good news -- there are currently no active cancer cells in his body. The 36-year-old soccer player's bill of clean health comes as a major relief for Zohn, girlfriend and fellow Survivor cast member Jenna Morasca, and their friends and family. Zohn was diagnosed with a rare form of Hodgkin's disease in April and ended up shaving off his trademark curly locks. Zohn is over the top about his latest test results, telling People, "If I walked in off the street today, they would think I'm cancer free. This is the best possible news I could have gotten at this stage of my journey. I honestly believe that all the positive healing vibes everyone has been sending me these past nine months have helped, so thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart." Despite being cancer-free, Zohn will undergo a stem-cell transplant as a precaution. Over the summer, the cancer returned after Zohn went through intense chemotherapy. He will have to stay isolated after the transplant for 30 days. "With my history, it's essential."
