| Elton John Sings the Flus | Print | |

Fans hoping to catch Elton John in concert in Seattle or Portland, Ore., won't have a chance to spend an evening with the rocket man -- he's been grounded by an E. coli bacterial infection, as well as influenza. Although there's no word on whether or not he's contracted the dreadful swine flu, the 62-year-old singer was forced to cancel shows in the United Kingdom at his doctor's request. This isn't the first time the blockbuster show hasn't gone on recently. In July, John's tourmate Billy Joel was bedridden with flu-like symptoms and extreme fatigue. A spokesman for John told the BBC that John, "has flu and is absolutely fine." It sounds like it's only a matter of the time before Benny and the Jets are back in action. Is it allergies, a cold or the flu? Take the quiz and find out. Write comment
