Serial procreators Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar will add another child to their litter this spring. In case you've lost count, that will make 20 children for the stars of the TLC reality show 19 Kids and Counting. So far, the 45-year-old mom-to-be is about three and a half months along. The Duggars' roster of children includes: Joshua, 23, twins Jana and John-David, 21; Jill, 20; Jessa, 19; Jinger, 17; Joseph, 16; Josiah, 15; Joy-Anna, 14; twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah, 12; Jason, 11; James, 10; Justin, 8; Jackson, 7; Johanna, 6; Jennifer, 4; Jordyn, 3; and Josie, 1. The Duggars' latest pregnancy announcement is somewhat of a shock, considering Michelle was diagnosed with the deadly condition preeclampsia while pregnant with little Josie, who was born at 25 weeks, weighing just 1 pound and 6 ounces. The health scare left both baby and mother fighting for their lives, yet it wasn't enough to dissuade the TLC reality star from getting knocked up once again. As Josie prepares for her second birthday, Michelle points out that all of her youngest's health woes are just a distant memory. Says Michelle, "It is a miracle. Josie is the most energetic, busy little almost-2-year-old. She is short, and yet she can keep up with the big girls and she thinks she is just as big as they are. We are amazed at what she can do." The 46-year-old patriarch defends the decision to get pregnant once again, maintaining that his wife couldn't be healthier. Jim Bob says "Michelle is probably in better health now than she was 10 years ago. She has been getting on an elliptical for about an hour a day and is very careful of what she eats." One thing that's sure to remain healthy with the upcoming addition is the show's ratings.
