Everybody knew it was only a matter of time before mother of 14 Nadya Suleman became destitute. Now, that time is upon her. In a last-ditch effort to drum up media attention for her financial problems, Octomom appeared on Dr. Drew's Lifechangers to open up about how she's in dire straits. Suleman painted a pretty bleak picture of her current situation, one that included bathing her children in the sink. She told Dr. Drew, "I'm in a situation now where we are legally broke. Living check to check. Every single thing I do ... is just me surviving and trying to provide for my family. Right now, I'm having a bit of issues with the faucet, so I'm kind of bathing them now in the kitchen sink." As host of Suleman's pity party, Dr. Drew felt obliged not to show up empty-handed. In order to help Suleman get back on track, he gifted her with a year of free cleaning services from The Maids, child care services from Au Pair Care and enrollment in a 6-month online course to get certified in personal training. Forget food and shelter -- maid service and nannies are what someone who is dead broke really needs. Sure, it's the thought that counts. Too bad there wasn't much put into the donations. One probably doesn't need housecleaners if she doesn't have a house. Dr. Drew went on to say, "This is something we can offer you ... I've seen how you suffer. That's why we wanted to do this. We want to make this survivable -- your survival, your kids' survival is in doubt for me, especially the way you're going -- especially your survival." We doubt a lifetime of maid service will help Suleman clean up her act.
